The client informs us it has goods for disposal.

We view the items and where necessary, draw up an inventory.

Normally we would ask the client what price they expect for the respective items, but if this information is not forthcoming, we will appraise and value the goods and submit our decision for the client's approval. In cases where we are not familiar with certain items to be sold, we would call on a more qualified person to assist us with the valuation.

Where practical, we digitally photograph the items and set them up on email.
Emails and faxes are sent to our vast database of prospective buyers.
Interested buyers are invited to view the goods and make offers.
Potentially successful offers are submitted to the client for approval.
Payment is strictly by an electronic funds transfer, or by direct deposit into our client’s banking account on notification of acceptance of an offer. Upon payment the buyer is required to take immediate delivery of the goods and to make the necessary arrangements for the removal thereof.
The buyer is advised to comply with any safety and security requirements, which may be in place in the collection and removal of goods from the site.
